Who created this website?

This program was created in consultation with a multidisciplinary, nationally recognized panel of pain management experts. It was developed with support by an unrestricted educational grant from Endo Pharmaceuticals, Inc. by Inflexxion, Inc., a leader in the development and implementation of scientifically validated and cost-effective healthcare solutions.

How do I register?

Registration is free and easy. Just follow these two steps:

1. When you register, you’ll provide basic information such as your email address to create your account.

2. Complete a 3-minute questionnaire to tailor your program to your needs.

Do I have to register to use the site?

No. There are numerous useful features on the site that you can use without registering. We do encourage you to register, however, so that you can see content that’s customized for your specific needs.

How can I view my customized information?

After you register you will be asked to take an initial assessment, where you will answer questions about the nature of your pain. Afterwards you will receive feedback and then be linked to your customized homepage, called My Program. From this page you can link to Articles, Assessments, Interactive Tools, all chosen for you based on your initial answers. Just return to the My Program page at any time to link directly to your customized content.

What do I do if I forgot my password and/or email address?

How do I change my password and/or email address or update my Initial Assessment questions.

View your profile to update all your account information, including password, email address, and responses to the registration questionnaire. You can update your profile at any time. Just Log in, click on the “My Profile” link in the upper right-hand corner, and edit your information. Be sure to click the “Submit” button to save your changes.

How do I sign up for the newsletter?

You can subscribe or unsubscribe to the newsletter by checking the box on the registration page indicating that you'd like the newsletter or by visiting the My Profile page and setting your preferences there. The newsletter is an informative email that highlights new and pertinent areas of the site.

How can I be sure that the information I provide is confidential and safe?

Security and confidentiality are our top priority. We use several methods to ensure that your information is protected. First, we use “SSL Protocol” to make sure that your data is safe during its transfer to and from our site. Second, we do not store personal identifying information like name and address. We use anonymous identifiers to store your data in our systems so that your personal information can’t be shared and your privacy cannot be compromised.

My Brief Daily Tracker is a useful tool for tracking your pain over time. You can access My Brief Daily Tracker by linking to it from the My Program page or, once you’ve logged in, from the Homepage. Once you open the Brief Daily Tracker, you can access its unique help files from the Calendar or Reports pages.
